KYLE LINCOLN

Hi, I’m Kyle Lincoln and let’s cut to the chase. My work is Graphic Design and my forte is logos. What that means is, while for the past eight plus years, I’ve been honing my skills in logo creation, it also means I can whip up a mean brochure. It means I have a deep understanding of where the logo we create will be applied, how it will be applied, why it should be applied, and who is going to see it.

To get there, coupled with strategic thinking, research is paramount. Open communication is part of my research and don’t be alarmed if I do a lot more listening than I do speaking. I’ve successfully designed for both large and small organizations with this ideology. It goes hand in hand with putting myself in the client’s shoes and in the client’s client’s shoes.

My design studies were completed at the Art Institute of Vancouver but only in the formal regard. Over eight years of in-house experience is irreplaceable as an education. Every day in design is a learning experience. This is why two year’s running I’ve won the Dedication to Quality award at PRIME. My work relies on strong foundations but continues to evolve with the design industry and new perspectives consumers adopt.
